Regonat 40 mg Tablet may cause certain side effects such as diarrhea, rash, tiredness, decreased appetite, nausea, weight loss, fatigue, stomach pain, loss of appetite, hoarseness, and dizziness. • Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST): Regonat 40 mg Tablet especially used when imatinib and sunitinib are no longer effective.

•  Tablet after a low-fat meal for best results.
• Regonat 40 mg Tablet should be taken once daily for the first 21 days of each 28-day cycle or as advised by your doctor.
